Volume 4, Land Claims Court: Gatlhose, Maremane and Khosis Communities, Case no.: 16/97

The case was referred to the Land Claims Court in 1997. An application in terms of Section 34 of the Restitution of Land Rights Acts was lodged. This was based on the premise that the claim to the land comprising part of the Lohathla Battle School was valid, but that it was not in the public interest that the land be restored.
