The collection contains case files of some of the autopsies performed by Dr. Jonathan Gluckman between 1970-1993. The cases are mainly those concerning violent death as a result of police brutality or township unrest.

The volumes contain the incomplete Inquest records and press cuttings relating to the matter.

Also included is a photograph of Adv Maisels, Adv Bizos and Dr Gluckman at the Timol Inquest in 1972.
