Matthew Nell was the Founder & Director and of the Shisaka Development Management Services in South Africa. He has over thirty years of experience in development finance, primarily in low income housing, urban regeneration and in socio-economic development programmes. Matthew Nell oversaw the establishment of key housing finance and micro-credit institutions and public funding interventions, including the National Housing Forum, where he was responsible for the overall management and its direction. He has provided advisory services to national, provincial and metropolitan government on public housing strategies and programmes and assisted in drafting national housing policy, legislation and regulations as well as establishing housing related public entities.
Matthew Nell holds a Bachelors Degree in Building Science and Masters Degree in Town and Regional Planning, both from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Donald Bell Sole spent most of his professional career working for the South African diplomatic service from 1938-1982. He held various diplomatic positions in Europe and the USA. They included: South African ambassador in Austria, Germany, Washington and New York in USA. He also worked as a counsellor and deputy director general for the Department of Foreign Affairs in Pretoria as well as being on Board of Directors of big South African companies, like SASOL and Atomic Energy Board in Pretoria. He became the Citizen of Johannesburg, 1982-1988. Donald Sole was also a chairman of the South African Institute of International Affairs in Cape Town, 1986-1987 & 1996.

The Institutional Reconciliation and Transformation Commission (IRTC) of the University of Cape Town

The IRTC began its work in February 2018, following the student protests at the University of Cape Town (UCT), namely #RhodesMustFall, #FeesMustFall, Shackville protest (Shackville TRC). Members of the Commission included Mr Mosibudi Mangena (Chair of the Commission), Judge Zak Yacoob, Dr Yvette Abrahams, Dr Malose Langa and Ms Yasmin Sooka. The Final Report was submitted in March 2019.
