Cedric Mayson was accused in 1982 of high treason or alternatively of terrorism and furthering the aims of the ANC. The case was heard in the Supreme Court but during an adjournment Mayson absconded and left the country so the case was never concluded.

The accused were charged in Contravention of Sections of Suppression of Communism Act (Act 44, 1950), in the Supreme Court (Witwatersrand Local Division), 1966.

In the Matter between Eric Molobi (Appellant) and The State (In the Supreme Court of South Africa (Appellate Division)), Case No. 652/75. Molobi was sentenced by Justice Hiemstra to 5 years imprisonment for participation in terrorist activities.

Charged with murder of Petrus Mokotedi, in township of Maokeng (Kroonstad).

Accused Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 were found guilty of murder.

The collection contains the records of the trial of the State v. Glenn Moss and Four Others, on charge of contravening the Suppression of Communism Act (Act 44, 1950). The co-accused were Charles David Nupen, Edward Charles Webster, Paul Cedric De Beer and Karel Simon Tip.

Hélène Passtoors was charged with treason in 1986. She was observed establishing an arms cache and it was found that she had knowledge of other arms caches and that she was a supporter of the ANC. She was found guilty of treason and sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment.
