Proposal By Bishop T.E. Wilkinson (retired Bishop of Zululand) that is new missionary diocese be created betwecn the Diocese of Lehombo and the Zambesi, as a rcward to the natives who had remained loyal in the Anglo-Boer War and as a thanksgiving for peace, 1902.
