Encloses copy of his letter to the London agents of the Cape prize property upon the subject of debts duo to the Dutch government and auks if he may continue to receive the balance of the money from the Commissioners of the Court of Justice for corn they were permitted to sell in lieu of delivering it up to the Commissioners for the receipt of public property in this colony.
