Encloses a Nazi communication; informs him that Beecroft is prepared to divulge information concerning Nazi operations in South Africa; relates a conversation with Dr Ruppel who had met various South African leaders and who was convinced that South West Africa should be returned to Germany mainly for strategic reasons; mentions that Malan had been approached by the Germans to elucidate his views on South West Africa which he had then done at a public meeting.
