15 interviews with Namibian Koevoet members who came to South Africa in 1990, and background material relating to the Vingerkraal community, where most of them settled. Also included their legal challenge for compensation as former Koevoet members. The interviews were taken between July-October 2012.

Interview with Joel Joffe

In the conversation Joel Joffe related the provenance and background of the Mandela Papers, the road which these documents had traveled after the Rivonia Trial, and their return and handover to Nelson Mandela during the Bram Fischer Memorial Lecturer in 1996, who in turn handed them to Geoff Budlender, then Director at the Legal Resources Centre (LRC), at the very same ceremony.

Court Records relating to an Application for leave to appeal against a judgment of the Supreme Court of Appeal, presented In The Constitutional Court of South Africa, Case No.: CCT. 39/2009.
The appeal concerned the right of access to sufficient water, entrenched in section 27 of the Constitution. The applicants were residents of Phiri in Soweto (the residents) and the respondents were the Cit of Johannesburg, Johannesburg Water and the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry.
