Letters to H.E. Scully (Nora), his wife

W.C. Scully travelled extensively and so wrote numerous letters to his wife, Nora. The letters deal with a variety of subjects: family and general personal concerns; descriptions of places and people he meets; references to his work as a government official and magistrate; his personal feelings, his ideas, inspiration, literary progress; his experiences related to diamond digging; his premonitions about the future, especially during the First World War.
