Schoch and Major Charles Nicolson Manning, conditions under which Portugal would accept frontier delimitation of South of Angola, memorandum of agreement between Portugal and Britain, on the Ruacana waterfall being one mentioned in Article I of Treaty 30 December 1886 between Germany and Portugal.
