The members of this group, Mxolisi Mbilatshwa, Alfred Vuyisile Mdwane, David Mongezi Cebeni and Mzwandile Archibald Ntswayi went into exile in 1985. They were trained in underground operations for the ANC's Umkhonto We Sizwe, but were also active in youth actitivities.

Former Bishop of the Anglican Church in Southern Africa in Cape Town. A devoted member of the PAC, he participated in the anti-Pass campaign in Cape Town in March 1960.
