National Strategic Plan on HIV & AIDS and STIs:
This strategic plan followed on from the National Strategic Plan of 2000-2005, the Operational Plan for Comprehensive HIV and AIDS Care, Management and Treatment (CCMT), as well as other strategic frameworks developed for government and sectors of civil society. It represented a multi-sectoral response to HIV/AIDS. Its aims were to halve the rate of infections and reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS on all sections of society by improving access to treatment, care and support to 80% of all those affected by the epidemic, and their families.
Drafts, reports, sectoral input, terms of reference, assessments, meeting minutes, correspondence, Eastern Cape folder.
