Includes: January — August 1970 correspondence concerning the possible discharge on medical grounds of a man (Jusuf Francis Lutchman) discharged from prison on medical grounds (he was sentenced to 5 years or contravening the Group Areas Act, and is seriously ill) but the medic states that his health won't improve if he goes home and therefore he doesn't qualify for release on medical grounds; December 1969 — September 1970 further correspondence with S. Montoedi about the situation of people being removed from Majeng (also called here Mayen), near Warrenton, to Vaalboschoek and the issue of availability or otherwise of arable land; September 1970 letters concerning the position of a German / Hungarian-Jewish couple, Mr. E.G. and Mrs. A. Mittag who emigrated from Germany to SA in 1938 and now cannot get re-entry visas for SA if they leave the country; July — October letters re Esther Barsel's attempts to get her banning order eased.
