Together with 19 others, Malan (former Minister of Defence and member of the State Security Council) was accused of involvement in the 1987 KwaMakhutha massacre. Some of the over 200 Inkatha Freedom Party recruits secretly trained by the SADF were involved in the massacre. On the 21 January 1987, 13 people were murdered in an attack on the home of UDF activist, Victor Ntuli. The material consists of clippings and articles.
